OUR PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our Team comprises physiotherapists from various specialties who have practised in various cities and countries to hone their specific skill sets in order to provide you with the highest quality of care.
We started off with musculoskeletal rehabilitation as our primary rehabilitative service. As we grew with our clients, we understood the importance of having a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for the various conditions that exist. This led to the expansion of our team to include various specialties in order to become the one-stop rehabilitation centre within our community.

What to expect on your first visit with us:
History Taking
Our practitioners start with an initial consultation where we will go through your medical history together in order to better understand what you have been through, and how we can best address your problem.
Movement Assessment
Here, we do some specific movements assessments to find out what exactly is causing your pain. This helps us to identify existing imbalances and issues so we can begin to address the root cause of your problem.
Explanation of findings & treatment session
At the end of the consultation, you will receive an explanation to gain some clarity on what is causing & contributing to your problem, and what the appropriate treatment plan will be to target your issues specifically. All of this will happen before proceeding with the first treatment session.

What to expect on your first visit with us:
History Taking
Our practitioners will go through an initial consultation with us where we ask you some basic medical history and questions in order to better understand what happened and how we can address your problem.
Movement Assessment
Here, we do some easy movements to find out what exactly is causing your pain to address the root of your problem.
Explanation of findings & treatment session
At the end of the consultation, we explain to you what has happened and what our treatment plan is to target your issues specifically before we proceed with your treatment session.
